Have your students ever wondered how to make a career out of exploring the world? Philippe Cousteau, grandson of the legendary explorer Jacques Yves Cousteau, and cofounder of EarthEcho International, welcomes students to STEMExplore’s Cabinet of Curiosities. To begin their adventure, students click on an object in the cabinet of curiosities where they will discover the wonders of the world and meet the scientists and engineers who are modern-day explorers. Videos introduce the modern-day inventors and adventurers who spend their lives solving the big problems, uncovering the hidden secrets, and finding new questions to answer every day using science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. STEMExplore is students’ passport to some of the most incredible careers that they can pursue. Once they open up the cabinet of curiosities, students can choose their own adventure. Categories include Marine Science, Biology, Ecology, Chemistry, Earth Science, Anthropology, Engineering, and Communication & Policy.
