As part of the Burleson Collegiate High School summer bridge program, I ran a BreakoutEDU where incoming freshmen had to use information they’d learned about their new school, teachers, and staff to break in to our boxes. Waiting inside were treats, campus swag, and the satisfaction of knowing they’d learned a lot about their new school! Special shout out to my son, Caleb Estes, who came to help me for the day (he’s the good lookin’ kid in the ROTC uniform).
