It’s the time of year when everyone is making resolutions — to get organized, stress less, spend more time with family, etc…This year, how about choosing a resolution that can do ALL of those things, all while making MAXIMUM impact on your students’ learning? Alice Keeler recently featured 10 Google Apps Tricks to Learn for 2017 on her website, and I’ve put them all into a nifty package for you below. My personal favorite is the +Mention in Google Comments — what a fantastic way to leave meaningful feedback to students and engage in ongoing learning discussions with them! Anything with a URL (class notes, a tutorial video, even a Google Form to sign up for tutorials) can be added along with a +mention….there’s a LOT you can do with that tiny little white space in the margin of a Google Doc! Which will YOU try?
