Flipping your classroom just became so much easier! Last week Google finally made it possible for you to use videos in Google Slides without the videos having to be hosted on YouTube. You can now insert videos from Google Drive into your Google Slides presentations. To do this you simply have to upload a video to your Google Drive account (G Suite for Education users have unlimited storage) then you can insert it into any new or existing slides. You can even specify start and end times to show just a portion of a video. Watch the video embedded below to learn how to insert videos into Google Slides without using YouTube.

If you are inserting YouTube videos, you will need to use the Launch.LightspeedSystems.com link in Google Classroom in order for students to view the YouTube videos.
