What’s Your Why?

At the heart of what I do as a principal is teach, I want to teach alongside my staff and lead them to grow as they reflect and perfect their craft.

What has been your proudest teaching moment?

Becoming a principal has given me the greatest joy in education I could know. I love the community I serve.

Tell us why/how you make technology a priority in your classroom or campus?

Our campus decided that we need to embrace technology as an avenue to increase curiosity, interest, and personal connection so that students are more engaged and take ownership of their learning.

What is your ALL TIME favorite tech tool?

FlipGrid-all ages can utilize it for a wide variety of classroom application.

Please share with us your most successful tech-integrated lesson or program/initiative and tell us a little bit about that experience:

Our campus initiative is leading us to explore tech integration in our classrooms in varied formats. In all we do, we want to examine how we engage students by increasing curiosity, interest, personal connection, and ownership.
