This activity could be adapted with more rolls to include hundreds, thousands, ten-thousands, hundred-thousands places if desired. Simply edit your copy of the template.
I have included a snapshot of one of the Slides templates so that all manipulatives can be viewed.
One way to expand this activity is to have students record their learning using Screencastify or Flipgrid to explain a roll and their choices.
1.2(C): The student is expected to use objects, pictures, and expanded and standard forms to represent numbers up to 120.
1.2(D): The student is expected to generate a number that is greater than or less than a given whole number up to 120.
2.2(B): The student is expected to use standard, word, and expanded forms to represent numbers up to 1,200.
