Here are a couple of fun activities featuring synonyms that can be used (if the template is adjusted) for a wide variety of students and grade levels. The link is a Template Preview link and will allow you to preview the activity and then make a copy that you are welcome to adjust to the needs of your learners. You will only be able to see the presentation slide. You will see only the main activity slide and not the drag and drop pieces or the directions which may be located in the work space and in the presenter’s notes.
The activity also includes suggested technology integration activities using Flipgrid. Flipgrid is a great way to record student responses and could be used individually for those who have 1:1 devices, at a station with a Chromebook or other recording device, or independently at home as a home to school connection. Consider trying Flipgrid to increase student demonstration of mastery.
